Sample business: Sweet Rise Bakery · Source file: April POS sales export
April sales improved after Week 3, with weekend orders and pastry boxes driving the strongest growth. The biggest opportunity is to promote high-performing bundles earlier in the week. The main risk is a drop in weekday drink sales, which may point to lower morning traffic or a promotion that stopped working.

Quinta Gaines was born and raised in Detroit, MI, also known as the Motor City. The city is known for grit, rejuvenation, and building through change. That spirit shaped KeyUna Data Studio.
After seven years in finance and high-volume mortgage operations, Quinta saw how much confidence comes from clean records and clear documentation. She reviewed hundreds of files each week alongside legal and compliance teams, learning to spot issues early.
Before finance, Quinta spent years serving customers and learning food operations from the inside. She worked in food and beverage at Walt Disney World, trained team members, baked for Panera Bread, and worked as an assistant pastry chef at Avalon Bakery.
KeyUna brings those experiences together. It combines food business knowledge, customer service, finance operations, and data analytics to help small business owners understand what their files are really saying.
